Our EMS Services
Framag group provides professional and specialized Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and medical coverage for sporting events, marathons, tournaments, corporate events, and large public gatherings. Our goal is to protect athletes, participants, spectators, officials, and event staff from the opening of an event through to its conclusion.
Guided by our commitment, “Your Safety Is Our Priority,” our experienced medical teams combine proactive risk planning, rapid emergency response, on-site treatment, and coordinated patient evacuation to create a safe and well-managed event environment.
Services
01
We conduct comprehensive medical risk assessments covering the venue, event route, field conditions, anticipated crowd size, weather and heat-related risks, access routes, emergency exits, and nearby healthcare facilities. Based on the assessment, we develop a tailored Event Medical Plan (EMP) with clear response procedures and escalation protocols.
02
Strategically positioned medical and first-aid stations provide rapid access to care for athletes, participants, spectators, officials, and event personnel. Stations can be deployed along marathon routes, football pitches, basketball venues, spectator areas, and other high-risk locations.
03
Framag group deploys trained response teams using appropriate mobility options, including foot teams, motorbike responders, and medical vehicles, depending on the event environment. These teams are positioned to reach emergencies quickly and initiate immediate care. Outdoor sporting events can expose participants to dehydration, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, and other environmental conditions. Our teams provide prevention, early recognition, first aid, cooling measures, hydration support, and emergency escalation where required.
04
Our medical teams provide initial assessment, first aid, stabilization, and referral for sports-related injuries, including fractures, sprains, strains, dislocations, wounds, falls, and collision injuries. Serious cases are stabilized and referred through established medical evacuation pathways.
05
Our coverage extends beyond athletes. We provide medical assistance to spectators, officials, volunteers, security personnel, and event staff, including management of fainting, minor injuries, illness, dehydration, and other medical emergencies.
06
Framag group provide 24/7 Emergency Consultation and evacuation on different situation. We provide fully equipped ambulances with medical crews can be positioned strategically at event venues or along designated routes. Where advanced medical care is required, patients are stabilized and transported promptly to an appropriate referral facility.
07
Framag works closely with event organizers, race directors, sports officials, security teams, police, emergency services, and referral healthcare facilities. A coordinated communication structure helps ensure that incidents are reported, assessed, managed, and escalated efficiently.
08
Following each event, Framag group can provide a comprehensive medical activity report documenting incidents attended, treatments provided, patient referrals, response observations, and recommendations for improving medical preparedness at future events.
Our event medical services can be tailored to the size, duration, location, and risk profile of each event. Coverage can be provided for:

Framag group provides professional First Aid & Emergency Response Training designed to equip individuals and organizations with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence required to respond effectively to medical emergencies before professional medical assistance arrives. First aid training is an essential component of workplace, institutional, and community safety. It enables participants to recognize emergencies quickly, take appropriate action, reduce the risk of complications, and potentially save lives during the critical minutes before advanced medical care is available.
Our training programs are practical, interactive, and have specific needs and risks of each organization. Training is delivered by experienced emergency response professionals through a combination of classroom instruction, demonstrations, hands-on practice and realistic emergency simulations. Our key Training Areas
Practical Simulation & Scenario-Based Training: Framag group places strong emphasis on hands-on learning. Participants take part in realistic, supervised scenarios designed around the risks they may encounter in their workplace or community.
Practical exercises may include:
These exercises help participants develop confidence, decision-making ability, teamwork, and the capacity to respond effectively under pressure.
Assessment & Certification: Participants are assessed through practical demonstrations and, where applicable, theoretical evaluation to ensure they understand and can apply the required skills. Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive a Framag group Certificate of Participation/Competency, subject to the requirements of the selected training program and applicable institutional or workplace requirements.
